    If IWOXX discovers a bug in an IWOXX software product, your call may be free of any charge or with PrePaid customer support, no call gets rubbed. You can find software updates here on our web site at Download. If you wish to get a floppy or CDROM with updates, you have to pay for the disk and delivery!

    Standard Customer Support

    Standard Customer Support means installation support for 30 days starting from registration day. You can find other support levels as "Pay-By-Call", "PrePaid" and "Professional" customer support.

    Pay-By-Call Customer Support

    "Pay-By-Call" Customer Support means to pay a fixed prize for that call only. You get highest qualified support with priority control. Before you request the "Pay-By-Call" Customer Support, please fill in all the required data into the form "IWOXX Serviceauftrag". Please call IWOXX for actual prizes!

    Pre-Paid Customer Support

    With "Pre-Paid" Customer Support you buy a package of 5 or 10 calls. This version of support is cheaper then the Pay-By-Call support. Please call IWOXX for actual prizes!

    Professional Customer Support means highest comfort. You pay for a one year period with unlimited call volume. Please call IWOXX for actual prizes!
