I.Usage of customer data

The personal data, that you input (Address, delivery address, phone, etc.), are used exclusively for the purpose-related execution of your order by us.

The given data are saved by IWOXX Software Development Dieter Woellner (now shortly named as IWOXX) in machine-readable form. The data storage is carried out on our internal company system and exclusively serves the execution of your order(s) and to the proof for the tax office. IWOXX is entitled to give customer data to third parties to pass on to credit institutions and contracting parties (e.g. hauliers) particularly as far as this serves the order handling, which arises from the contract documents or this one is necessary to the contract execution .
A more detailed use without your express consent is excluded.

Personal data, entered during your online session will not be stored permanently on the web server. An email is generated from your given data, that gets sent via a mail server to our sales or service department.

For this reason of NOT storing your data permanently on th web server, you have to enter it again in future sessions.

To place orders in our online shop, your browser must have "cookies per session" or "session state cookies" enabled. But there will be no stored cookies on your local machine permanently. We do not collect any data, that will give us an impression of how often you use our offerings or your special product interests.

IWOXX has none influence on and is not responsible for faulty security settings in your browser, the spying of data or errors of the used software (browser, email client, etc.)

We us Google Adwords advertising. This means, that some pages are featured with the so called "conversion tracking". This is only functional, if the page is called via the Google Adwords advertising. We don't store any personal data, but the link action.
