How to register ComTrace?
The first time you start ComTrace, the application is in Demo Mode! This means, that only 1000 measure points (events) can be recorded. All other functions are not restricted. So you have a chance to test the downloadable demo of ComTrace before buying!

For that fact we await, that you buy a full version of IWOXX after testing, with all the features and hardware for professional measurements!

So let us think, you buy a full version of ComTrace and have a paper with the registration details. There is a registration name and a registration code on it!

Now start ComTrace and look at the upcoming info dialog.

If you want to register, click the button "Enter registration code" and the following registration dialog will appear (If you want to register later, click the button "No, register later!"):

Now enter the registration name and code into the appropriated fields! If you want to cancel the registration process, press the "Cancel" button and go on with the demo version of ComTrace.

If the registration process was successful after pressing OK, the following window will appear. Close it and you'll now have the full featured version of ComTrace:

If you entered the wrong code, the following window will appear (Please retry code input!):

After completing the registration process, you will see the "Info Dialog" showing you the version and the registration details of your license of ComTrace.

After closing that window, the "Main Screen" appears.

Now you are ready to proceed with the next step "How to setup the COM ports?"!
