The "COM Settings/Real Port" window
This is one of the "key features" of ComTrace! It enables you to set up the COM ports used with the hardware of ComTrace in a very quick and easy way. The window, if activated, stays visible! So you can change the parameters over the whole session with ComTrace! Another advantage is, that you can see the real port status on data and signal lines with the red LEDs on that window.

If you finally exit ComTrace, you will be asked, whether you want to save these environment settings to a special file or not!

Read the function "Window | COM Settings/Real Port", how to show or hide this window!
