The Configuration File
This is the main setup and parameter file with name "comtrace.ini". The following information gets saved automatically to that file with the extension .INI, if you exit ComTrace:

Size, position and settings for the following windows...
  • Main Screen (including settings for the data grid and its modes and the trigger grid)
  • Measure Point/Statistics
  • COM Settings/Real Port
  • Goto, Search & Measure

    Last used environment
    The filename of the "Environment Settings"
