How to setup triggers?
Triggers are a key feature of ComTrace. With this special feature you can set conditions to react on! Such conditions can be specific data or signal conditions to occur or you check for detected errors. You also can trigger for a specified date/time to be reached. If a trigger fires, it can start or stop recording.
New in Version 3:
Inactivity trigger - Fire, if nothing happens on data or control lines for a specific time.
Alerting/Messaging - If requested, fire an accoustic alert or start an external program with or without parameters.
Setup triggers in the "Trigger Panel" and configure them with the "Trigger Settings" window.
